The Band is made up of members located throughout the South and can supply any number of Pipers and Drummers according to your requirements. I am a full-time professional Piper and can travel almost anywhere in England to provide you a friendly and efficient service. Having a Bagpiper or Full Pipes & Drums Band can add so much to your day, and there is no sound quite like a perfectly tuned set of pipes to enhance your day. The Band also have several other additional tartans including Red Robertson, Lindsay, and Lamont but Royal Stewart is their Formal Band Tartan. I have several tartans, Royal Stewart, Black Watch, and Black Stewart, my family tartans, and can attend in Formal Ceremonial dress, Day or Evening dress subject to your preference. Members of the Band and myself have recently completed 8 stadium tours with Sir Rod Stewart, We have also played alongside The National Symphony Orchestra with the well-known and respected conductor, Anthony Inglis. I also manage The Home Counties Pipes & Drums Band who are available for larger corporate events, carnivals and fetes. I am predominately a solo bagpiper and have attended many Weddings, Funerals, Birthdays and Corporate events in this capacity. I am proud to have been appointed the Honorary Piper for The Defense Academy of the United Kingdom, The Swindon and District Caledonian Society and several other Military Establishments. I went on to be tutored further under the watchful eye of an Ex Scots Guards Pipe Major, prior to launching my professional career as a Piper. On discharge from the Armed Forces, after 22 years service, both Regular and Permanent Staff for TA Units, I attended the Bagiper’s course at the Army School of Bagpipe Music and Highland Drumming, Inchdrewer House, Colinton.
